In Top Spin 4 erwartet euch laut 2K Games nun noch mehr Realismus als bisher schon. Das bedeutet 2K Games hat an einigen weiteren Dingen gefeilt um noch mehr das Tenniserlebnis in euer Wohnzimmer zu bringen. Neue realistischere Geräusche der Spieler, sowie im ganzen Match.
